About Me

I started 360 Service Improvement in 2018 after undertaking multiple service improvement and implementation projects via agency contracts and direct employment for 6 years.

Having built a strong network of contacts and successful project completions I had gained the confidence in my techniques and approach and knew I had the ability to offer a first-class service to my clients.

I have a passion for turning struggling services around to make them proactive, efficient and happy places to work by streamlining and improving processes and procedures. The sense of achievement comes when front line colleagues tell me how much more they are enjoying the role and how much they had learned.

I like to involve the frontline colleagues in all that I do and always make a point of sharing the why as well as the how. Seeing them learn and coaching them to grow as professionals gives me the confidence that any changes I make will be embedded and utilised long after I have left making long term and lasting change for colleagues and customers.
