Coaching Methodologies

Design and implement a way to introduce and engage customers to coaching methodologies.

The brief was to design something to evidence customers are engaged with the coaching offered at the scheme.  It was discussed at length and agreed that a handbook to make the concept less abstract was required.

Outcomes

A professionally printed handbook that enables customers to track their progress and discuss goals and challenges with their designated coach or other colleagues. This tool comes complete with a 12 month journal enabling customers to refer back to progress made and how they have overcome certain obstacles in the past.

The feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive and enabled the development of future plans at the scheme such as creating a health and wellness hub and working with external organisation to deliver programmes in house to meet the customer’s needs.
