Jo worked for Pobl for just about 8 months between October 19 and June 20 , providing interim cover as our Head of Older People Services . During this time Jo supported her team through a significant restructure and more recently CV-19. Jo was a really valued member of the team and was certainly given the opportunity to show off her extensive skills and experience . Jo is very flexible , supportive and worked with pace and purpose delivering on a number of improvements including changes to our older person service offer . Jo also demonstrated her ability to think strategically and has helped shape Pobls future in relation to our wellbeing offer and later living models . A lot achieved in a short period of time…..
